摘要
为了分析工业上应用的流量调节阀出现的阀门噪声问题,设计了基于虚拟仪器思想的噪声测试系统。在声音传感器、数据采集卡构成的硬件基础上,利用Lab VIEW软件平台,实现了数据采集、储存、回放等基础功能。通过加窗、滤波以及傅里叶变换等信号分析功能,实现了对某型流量调节阀在不同工况下所测噪声信号的频谱分析。结果表明该噪声测试系统能较好地分析噪声信号,得出流体噪声和异常噪声的特征频率。为进一步研究流量调节阀噪声机理、噪声治理以及低噪声阀门设计奠定了基础。
In order to analyze the valve noise problem of flow control valves applied in industry,a noise test system based on the idea of virtual instrument is designed in this paper.Based on the hardware consisting of a sound sensor and a data acquisition card,the LabVIEW software platform is used to implement basic functions such as data acquisition,storage,and playback.Through signal analysis functions such as windowing,filtering,and Fourier transform,spectrum analysis is performed on the noise signal measured by a certain type of flow regulating valve under different operating conditions,provides a basis for further research on the noise mechanism,noise management and low-noise valve design of the flow regulating valve.
