一种利用时间继电器消除脉冲干扰的时间间隔测量方法研究

摘要 测量时间间隔时,如果在时间起始电平和时间停止电平之间产生大的脉冲干扰,会影响到时间间隔的正常测量。通常使用通用计数器时间间隔测量模式下的延时触发功能可将干扰滤除。但是,实际工作中,很多计数器不具有延时触发功能或者延时触发功能损坏,导致无法测量时间间隔。本文介绍了一种利用时间继电器[1]的延时效应来过滤掉时间间隔测量中的脉冲干扰,然后用计数器精确测量时间间隔的方法。通过验证,测量结果可靠,方法可行。 When measuring the time interval,if there is a large pulse interference between the time start level and the time stop level,it will affect the normal measurement of the time interval.Generally,the delay triggering function in the time interval measurement mode of the universal counter can filter out the interference.However,in practice,many counters do not have delay trigger function or delay trigger function is damaged,resulting in the inability to measure the time interval.In this paper,we introduce a method to filter out the interference of pulse in time interval measurement by the delay effect of time relay[1]to measure the time interval accurately by counter.Through verification,the measurement results are reliable and the method is feasible.
