河南省党政机关能耗定额研究

Research on Energy Consumption Norm for Party and Government Agencies in Henan Province

本文以河南省党政机关为研究对象,借助于河南省公共机构能耗统计分析系统,通过调查统计2016~2018三年的能耗数据,分析其用能特征,确定了不同气候区、不同供暖方式的党政机关能耗定额指标。通过对样本数据的预处理、稳定性及有效性检查,利用SPSS软件对各类各项指标数据进行正态分布检验,最后采用排序法得到各类指标的约束值、基准值和引导值,同时根据影响因素对指标数值进行适当修正。

This article takes the Party and government agencies of Henan Province as the research object,with the aid of Henan Province Public Institutions Energy consumption statistical analysis system,through the investigation and Statistics of energy consumption data in 2016~2018,the characteristics of its energy use are analyzed,the energy consumption norm indexes of the party and government agencies in different climate areas and different heating modes are determined.Through the sample data pretreatment、stability and validity check,use SPSS software to carry on the normal distribution test to each kind of index data,finally use the sorting method to obtain each kind of index’s restraint value,the benchmark value and the leading value,at the same time,the index value is revised according to the influence factors.
