摘要
摩托车挡位传感器是仪表盘上挡位显示器的信号传输部件,通过挡位传感器,能使摩托车仪表盘直接的显示出摩托车发动机当前的运行状态。骑乘人员在骑乘过程中,可通过仪表盘上的显示信息清楚了解到摩托车发动机的运行挡位,使骑乘更加安全和可靠[1]。目前应用最广泛的是接触式挡位传感器,其结构简单,价格便宜。随着摩托车电子化技术的发展,传感器在摩托车上的应用越来越广,其中霍尔传感器的应用则更加广泛。在电子控制器的配合下,霍尔挡位传感器的应用将成为高档摩托车、大排量摩托车电子化、智能化发展的方向。
The motorcycle gear sensor is the signal transmission part of the gear display on the dashboard.Depending on the gear sensor,the motorcycle dashboard can directly display the current running state of the motorcycle engine.In the process of riding,the rider can clearly understand the running gear of the motorcycle engine through the display information on the instrument panel,so as to make the riding safer and more reliable.At present,the most widely used is the contact gear sensor,which has simple structure and low price.With the development of motorcycle electronic technology,sensors are widely used in motorcycles,among which Hall sensors are more widely used.With the cooperation of electronic controller,the application of hall gear sensor will become the direction of electronic and intelligent development of luxury motorcycles and large displacement motorcycles.
