摘要
文章从森林经营方案编制的过程及法律地位,着重阐述了森林经营方案的主要内涵,论述了森林经营方案是保护、培育和利用森林资源的指导性文件,是实现森林可持续经营的重要依据。
From the process and legal status of forest management plan,this paper emphatically expounds the main connotation of forest management plan,and discusses that forest management plan is a guiding document for protecting,cultivating and utilizing forest resources,and is an important basis for realizing sustainable forest management.
