基于多特征模型加工的数控渐进成形轨迹

CNC incremental forming trajectory based on multi-feature model processing

摘要 针对多特征模型的不同数控渐进成形加工方式的问题,分析了基于层优先轨迹的加工方式与基于特征优先轨迹的加工方式,并对比了两种加工方式的优劣之处。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对两种加工方式下板材的成形过程进行模拟,有限元分析结果表明:基于特征优先轨迹下的数控渐进成形方式的效率比基于层优先轨迹下的数控渐进成形方式高20.7%,另外,基于层优先轨迹加工方式下板材成形后的最小厚度值也比基于特征优先轨迹加工方式下板材成形后的最小厚度值要略大。但基于层优先轨迹下成形后板材的轮廓相对于基于特征优先轨迹下成形后板材的轮廓,其更加接近于设计件的轮廓。 For the problems of different CNC incremental forming methods with multi-feature models,the processing methods based on layerfirst trajectories and feature-first trajectories were analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two processing methods were compared.Then,the forming process of plate under the two processing methods was simulated by finite element analysis software ANSYS,respectively.The results of finite element analysis show that the efficiency of CNC incremental forming method based on feature-first trajectory is 20.7%higher than that of CNC incremental forming method based on layer-first trajectory.In addition,the minimum thickness value after forming of sheet material based on the layer-first trajectory processing method is slightly larger than the minimum thickness value after forming sheet material based on the feature-first trajectory processing method.However,the contour of the formed sheet material under the layer-first trajectory is closer to the contour of designed part than the contour of the formed sheet material under the feature-first trajectory.
