健脾消积汤对复发 转移性乳腺癌患者化疗后免疫功能及营养状态的影响

Effect of Jianpi Xiaoji Decoction on Immune Function and Nutritional Status of Patients with Recurrent and Metastatic Breast Cancer after Chemotherapy

目的探讨健脾消积汤对乳腺癌复发或转移患者免疫功能及营养状态的影响.方法选择盘锦市中医医院2018—2019年收治的复发或转移的乳腺癌患者80例,分为化疗组和联合组各40例.两组均依据激素受体表达病理结果选择适宜方案化疗4周期(12周);观察组加用健脾消积汤,1剂/d,分早晚两次服用,比较两组治疗前后的免疫功能和营养状态.结果两组治疗后C D3、C D4、C D8、血红蛋白、白蛋白、皮褶厚度、体重指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论健脾消积汤能够显著改善乳腺癌复发或转移患者化疗期间的免疫功能和营养状态,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Xiaoji decoction on immune function and nutritional status of breast cancer patients with recurrence or metastasis.Methods A total of 80 patients with recurrent or metastatic breast cancer admitted to our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were divided into chemotherapy group and combi nation group.40 cases each.According to the pathological results of hormone receptor expression,the two groups chose the appropriate chemotherapy plan for 4 cycles(12 weeks);the combination group added Jianpi Xiaoji decoction based on routine chemotherapy,1 dose/day,twice in the morning and evening.The immune function and nutritional status before and after treatmcnt were compared between two groups.Results There were significant differences in CD3,CD4,CD5,hemoglobin,albumin,skinfold thickness and BMI after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Xiaoji decoction can significantly improve the immune function and nutritional status of patients with recurrence or metastasis of breast cancer during chemotherapy,which is worth popularizing.
