This paper introduced the concept of the torque meter without torque value and the interpolation error.According to the provision in JJG 797-2013 Calibration Instrument for Torque Wrenches and JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement,the torque meter was measured.And the uncertainty of indication error was analyzed and evaluated.Some problems needing attention were summarized.
