中宣部要求2020年底,各地县级基本实现县级融媒体中心的全覆盖。新型融媒体中心的建设和发展运营成为核心问题。文章对融媒体遇到的问题进行了分析,提出了融媒体顶层规划和建设运营建议。

The propaganda department of the CPC requests that the Integrated media center be fully covered in the whole country by the end of 2020.Therefore,the county government Integrated media center in all parts of the country have been listed one after another and started the construction.How to build a new type of system and how to develop and operate it are the major problems encountered by the county government media center.Based on the analysis of the problems encountered by the Integrated media,this paper puts forward the top-level planning,construction and operation suggestions of the Integrated media。
