摘要
食品质量安全不稳定因素受不同利益驱动一直保持严峻态势,保障食品安全,提供高质量食品成为各方关注的重难点问题。食品可追溯体系通过溯源、跟踪全程食品信息,增加信息透明度,减少食品信息不对称而引发的利益寻租及食品安全问题。基于消费者行为,结合以消费者为主导的各方利益主体的需求,寻求关键契合点,构建食品可追溯保障体系,保护食品安全。
The unstable factors of the safety of food quality,driven by different interests,have been maintaining a grim situation.Ensuring food safety and providing high-quality food have become a major and difficult issue of all parties.Food traceability system can increase information transparency and reduce rent-seeking and food safety problems caused by asymmetric food information by tracing the source and the process of the whole food information.Based on consumer behavior and combined with the demands of all parties'interest subjects with consumers as the leading role,we seek for key meeting points,construct a food traceability guarantee system,protecting the delicious taste of the tip of the tongue.
