摘要
港口作为全球航运系统重要节点,其在物流网络中所发挥的作用不可小觑,而科学、全面、准确地评价港口绩效,是保证港口物流系统高效运行,实现其经济价值及目标的基石和关键。文章基于主成分分析法(PCA)和数据包络分析法(DEA),构建PCA-DEA组合评价模型,建立适合港口物流的绩效评价体系。首先,该组合模型针对港口物流企业进行指标主成分分析排序筛选,再将提取结果作为数据包络分析的投入与产出指标进行DEA分析,对福建省三大港口实证分析,为“一带一路”港口建设提供参考和建议。
As an important node of the global shipping system,ports play an important role in the logistics network.Scientific,comprehensive and accurate evaluation of port performance is the cornerstone and key to ensure the efficient operation of the port logistics system and realize its economic value and goals.Based on principal component analysis(PCA)and data envelopment analysis(DEA),this paper constructs a PCA-DEA combination evaluation model and establishes a performance evaluation system suitable for port logistics.Firstly,the combined model conducts index principal component analysis sorting and screening for port logistics enterprises,and then uses the extracted results as input and output indexes of data envelopment analysis to conduct DEA analysis,which provides reference and suggestions for the construction of“the belt and road”initiative port through empirical analysis of the three major ports in Fujian province.
