Novel coronavirus epidemic bringing heavy losses to the global economy and life.For China,it is the biggest public health event since the founding of new China.Such emergencies often impact on the supply chain network.With the continuous expansion of the supply chain network structure,the network structure is becoming more and more complex.The dependence between network members and the vulnerability of the supply chain are also highlighted.In today's industrial pattern of network and global division of labor,supply chain disruption not only interferes with production and life,but also has a negative impact on the national economy.How to seize the critical opportunity of global anti epidemic,expand China's position in the global supply chain,and how to realize the reliability of the supply chain after the epidemic,and build an effective“vertical short chain”is an important option.
