摘要
基于供应链管理理论和组织学习理论,构建供应链整合与产品创新的结构方程模型,并检验探索式学习的中介效应。通过242份制造企业调查数据进行实证分析。研究表明:供应商整合、客户整合和内部整合均对企业产品创新有正向的影响;探索式学习在供应商整合、内部整合与产品创新关系中发挥部分中介作用,探索式学习在客户整合与产品创新关系中发挥完全中介作用。
Based on supply chain management theory and organizational learning theory,construct a structural equation model of supply chain integration and product innovation,and test the mediating effect of exploratory learning and the moderating effect of strategic flexibility.An empirical analysis was conducted through 242 survey data of manufacturing companies.Research shows that supplier integration,customer integration and internal integration have a positive impact on enterprise product innovation;exploratory learning plays a part in mediating role in relationship between supplier integration,internal integration and product innovation,while exploratory learning plays a full mediating effect in the relationship between customer integration and product innovation.
