摘要
【目的】以松梢螟幼虫人工饲养基质为研究对象,对其人工饲养基质的筛选进行研究。【方法】于2015年4月-6月,在贵州省都匀市马鞍山马尾松种子园基地采集试验虫种松梢螟幼虫,并在实验室使用人工培养基进行饲养,分别按照1个天然饲料对照4个不等量的松针粉梯度的人工饲料配比,通过在人工气候箱中饲养观察记录,每个梯度设置5次重复,实验过程中,对培养基的厚度、体长、头宽、蛹长、蛹宽进行测量,记录蛹重、化蛹率及成活率。【结果】通过对比5组成活率、化蛹率,可以得出化蛹率:II>I>III=V>IV,成活率:II>IV>V=III>I。方案II饲养的松梢螟幼虫的成活率相对较高为90%,化蛹率相对较高为80%。松梢螟体重与幼虫的生长发育状况有关,幼虫的生长发育状况又与人工饲料的松针粉量的配比有关。人工饲料配方中配方Ⅱ和配方Ⅲ饲养效果相对较好,成活率分别为88%、75%,化蛹率分别为70%、50%。在幼虫成活率、化蛹率方面,4种人工饲料配方均不存在显著差异,在体长平均增量、体重平均增量方面均存在显著差异。【结论】方案Ⅱ最为适宜室内人工饲养松梢螟幼虫。
[Purposes]Taking pine tip moth larvae in the captivity matrix as the research object,the screening of its artificial breeding matrix was studied.[Methods]From April to June in 2015,in Maanshan Pinus Massoniana seed orchard base in Duyun City,Guizhou,test species of pine tip moth were collected,and fed in the laboratory by using artificial medium,according to a natural feed with four different amount of artificial feed formula of pine needle powder gradient(control groups),by observing and recording the raising in the artificial climate box,setting the 5 repeat times for each gradient.In the course of the experiment,the medium thickness,body length,head width,pupa length and width,pupation and survival rates,all were measured and recorded.[Findings]By comparing the survival rate of 5 groups,the pupa rate was concluded as:II>I>III=V>IV,and the survival rate as:II>IV>V=III>I.The pine tip moth larvae raised with Scheme II had a relatively high survival rate of 90%,and the pupation rate was 80%;(3)Pine tip weight was associated with the growth and development status of larva moth,and the larval growth condition was associated with the ratio of the pine needle powder of the artificial feed quantity.Effects of artificial feed formula recipesⅡandⅢwere relatively good,with the survival rate of 88%and 75%,respectively,and the pupa rate of 70%and 50%,respectively.In terms of the survival rate of larvae and the pupa rate,four types of artificial formula did not have significant differences,while significant differences existed both in terms of the mean length increment and the average weight increment.[Conclusions]it is concluded that SchemeⅡwas the most suitable for indoor artificial breeding of pine moth larvae.
