情报学视角的情境概念及情境观认识

The Concept and View of Context from the Perspective of Information Science

[目的/意义]情报学研究与情报工作实践无法脱离情境开展。情境是情报学的基本概念,情境不应仅作为背景、环境、限定来对待,需要进行专门研究。[方法/过程]辨析情境概念的相关表述,结合已有情境相关研究,在情境概念下理顺相关表述,提出情境概念的组合谱系。将情境作为现实场景的抽象,通过场景与情境的映射,识别情境要素,提出面向问题域的情境分析4个维度。[结果/结论]情境具有跨学科交叉研究与本土话语特色。情境概念的理解与解读呈现多样性,应进行整体化、集成化认识。在万物互联的新场景时代,场景放大了情境的研究格局与应用范围。强化情报学以人为核心的情境理论研究,塑造情境观有助于系统化剖析情报工作的运行机理,引导情报工作参与各类新场景。

[Purpose/significance]Information science research and intelligence work practices cannot be carried out from the context.Context is the basic concept of information science.The concept of context should not be treated as a background,environment or limitation in information science.It requires special systematic research.Method/process Discriminated the related expressions of the concept of the context,combined with the existing context-related research,straightened out the related expressions under the concept of the context,and proposed a genealogy of the concept of the context.Taking the context as the abstraction of the actual scenario,through the mapping of the scene to the context,identifying the elements of the context,and proposing 4 dimensions of problem・oriented context analysis.[Result/conclusion]Contexts have the characteristics of interdisciplinary research and native discourse.The understanding and interpretation of the concept of the context presents diversity,and it should be given an integrated view.In the era of the new scenario where everything is connected,scenarios amplify the research pattern and application scope of contexts.Strengthening the human-centered context theory research in information science,shaping the context view helps to systematically analyze the operation mechanism of intelligence work,and guide intelligence work to participate in various new scenarios.
