摘要
环氧乙烷罐区由卸车系统、储罐、冷却系统、外输系统、氮封系统、安全泄放系统、吹扫系统及相关联锁控制组成。各系统的合理设计对于罐区的安全运行起着至关重要的作用。文章在环氧乙烷泵的安全措施、安全泄放系统及其他安全设计要点等方面详述环氧乙烷罐区设计时应重点关注的问题。
The ethylene oxide storage system is composed of unloading facility,storage tank,cooling system,transportation equipment,nitrogen sealing,safety relief system,purging system and relevant interlocking control.The rational design of each system plays a vital role in the safe operation of the tank farm.This article details the issues that should be focused on when designing ethylene oxide tanks in terms of safety measures for ethylene oxide pumps,safety relief systems,and other safety design points,providing reference for engineering design and safe production.
