摘要
循环冷却水作为化工生产装置的冷却介质,起到调整工艺介质温度、控制设备温度的作用。对于生产工艺指标的运行及设备的安全稳定长周期运行至关重要,一旦发生故障,轻则造成各项水温、工艺气温度上涨,指标偏离,能耗增加,重则设备油温、轴承温度上涨,影响运行寿命,再严重则可能造成设备损坏甚至发生安全生产事故。对风机常见故障原因进行分析,有针对性的采取措施进行预防,能够避免发生故障,确保设备运行稳定,达到能耗最优的运行状态。
Circulating cooling water as cooling medium of chemical production equipment,the adjustment process of medium temperature,the effect of temperature control equipment,for the operation of the production process indicators and equipment is very important for the safe and stable running for a long period of time,in the event of failure,cause the water temperature,light process temperature rise,index,increase of energy consumption,heavy equipment,oil temperature,bearing temperature rise,affecting the service life of running,the more serious safety accident may cause equipment damage and even;Based on the analysis of the common fault causes of the fan,targeted measures are taken to prevent it,so as to avoid the occurrence of the fault,ensure the stable operation of the equipment,and achieve the optimal operation state of energy consumption.
