气化激冷水泵是气化炉激冷环冷却的关键设备,激冷水泵配有高压机械密封,密封冲洗水压力高于泵压力(4.2~4.8MPa),适用于带颗粒液体介质所带来的问题是对过流部件和机械密封冲刷腐蚀严重。对此,改造思路是在机泵原有的基础上,取消机泵自密封装置,将机械密封改为外部冲洗水压力密封形式。

The gasif ication chilling water pump is the key equipment for the chilling ring cooling of gasif ier.The chilling water pump is equipped with a high-pressure mechanical seal,and the pressure of seal flushing water is higher than the pump pressure(4.2~4.8 MPa).The problem caused by the application of the pump to the medium with particles is the serious erosion and corrosion of the overflow parts and mechanical seals.In this regard,our transformation idea is to cancel the self-sealing device of the pump on the basis of the original pump,and change the mechanical seal to the external flushing water pressure seal.
