摘要
二甲苯加热炉是芳烃装置主要能耗设备,其能耗约占整个生产装置能耗的一半左右。因此,对二甲苯加热炉进行优化改造不仅能够提高芳烃装置的效益,同时还能达到节省能源的效果,文章通过对二甲苯加热炉实际操作中遇到的问题进行分析研究,意在能够提高芳烃装置的经济技术指标、消除瓶颈,达到节能降耗的效果。
Xylene heating furnace is the main energy consumption equipment of aromatic hydrocarbon unit,and its energy consumption accounts for about half of the energy consumption of the whole production unit.Therefore,optimizing the xylene furnace modif ication can not only improve the benef it of aromatics plant,and alsocan achieve the effect of saving energy.In this article,through studying the heating furnace of xylene research and analyzing the problems in the actual operation,to improve economic and technical index of the aromatics unit,remove bottlenecks,to achieve the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption.
