摘要
海洋石油平台中用到的大型钢结构,因为应用环境的恶劣复杂而采用重防腐涂层系统,此类涂层系统对钢结构的表面处理和喷涂施工技术要求较高。海洋石油平台在建造过程中,涂层破损率高的问题一直难以解决,文章着重分析了涂层破损的原因,并提出了解决措施。
The heavy-duty anticorrosive coating system is used for the large steel structure used in offshore oil platform because of the harsh and complex application environment.This kind of coating system has high requirements for the surface treatment and spraying construction technology of steel structure.In the process of offshore oil platform construction,the problem of high coating damage rate has been diff icult to solve.This paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of coating damage,and puts forward solutions.
