An Inquiry into the Safety Management Strategies of Project Contractors in Chemical Company

化工企业作为中国经济发展中的重要组成部分,在各类的生产经营活动中都会使用承包商来完成具体的各项工作任务。然而以实际的应用状况来看,化工企业又会因为承包商而引起大量的安全事故,对于企业效益造成了较大影响。因此如何在承包商模式下强化对承包商的安全管理,有效规避施工问题,是化工企业发展中所面临的重要问题。基于此,通过对化工企业工程项目承包商的安全管理问题进行分析,提出一定的安全管理策略。

As an important part of our country’s economic development,chemical companies use contractors to complete specif ic tasks in various production and operation activities.However,according to the actual application situation,a large number of safety accidents are caused due to contractors which have a greater impact on chemical company’s prof itability.Therefore,how to strengthen the safety management of contractors under the contractor model and evade construction problems effectively is an important issue facing to the development of chemical companies.Based on this,through the analysis of the safety management problems of the chemical project contractors,a certain safety management strategy is proposed,wishing to provide reference for the relevant personnel.
