摘要
小型撬装化天然气处理装置有"小、全、变、捷"的特点,是解决油气田勘探、开发及生产过程中天然气排放问题的有效办法。目前国内常规小型撬装装置撬块一般12~13个。在原有基础上利用HYSYS模拟和三维模型对压缩机运行参数、制冷模式、装置连接方式等方面优化,在满足工艺要求的情况下将撬块个数优化为4个,结果如下:比较了脱烃模块中J-T节流制冷与制冷机的制冷能耗及效果,带换热的J-T节流制冷更适合撬装工艺;优化段塞流捕集器,采用双层段塞流捕集器,提高分离效果,同时作为除液器使用时的效果更佳明显;优化撬装化工艺的压力系统,合理设计管线壁厚及管径,可满足0.3~42MPa压力,提高适用性;优化工艺管线连接形式,采用油壬连接与预制管线法兰连接相结合的方式提高装置的灵活性。
The small-scale natural gas purif ication device has the characteristics of“small,complete,changeable and quick”,which is an effective method to solve the problem of natural gas emission in the process of exploration,development and production of oil f ields.At present,most of conventional small-scale pry devices generally has 12~13 pieces,which is complicated.Author using HYSYS simulation and 3D model,the running parameters of the compressor,the refrigeration mode and the connection mode of the device are optimized on the original basis.The number of prying bodies is optimized into 4 prying blocks under the condition of satisfying the technological requirements,the results are as follows:Comparing the energy consumption and cooling effect of J-T throttling refrigeration with that of refrigeration machine,J-T throttling refrigeration with heat transfer is more suitable for skid-mounted process;Optimization of slug flow trap,double slug flow trap,improve the separation effect,at the same time as the use of liquid separator better obvious effect;The pressure system of the optimized skid-mounted technology and the reasonable design of the pipe wall thickness and pipe diameter can meet the pressure range of 0.3~42 MPa and improve the applicability;The connection form of process pipeline is optimized,and the flexibility of the device is improved by using the combination of the union connection and the prefabricated pipeline flange connection.
