摘要 利用专利家族学术影响力计算公式和Pearson相关性计算公式,计算专利家族外部因素和内部因素对OLED、RFID、石墨烯领域中优先权国家为韩国、美国、中国的专利家族学术影响力的影响。研究发现,专利家族法律状态改变、是否引证科学论文与专利家族的学术影响力之间表现出高的不确定性。OLED、RFID、石墨烯领域中部分优先权国家的专利家族法律状态改变和引证科学论文会提高专利家族学术影响力,但是这种影响程度很小。同族专利数量对专利家族学术影响力的影响更偏向确定性,但是在RFID技术领域中优先权在韩国专利家族的同族专利数量与学术影响力之间没有表现出显著的相关性。 In order to reveal the influence of external factors(legal status)and internal factors(patent numbers in the same family,citation of scientific papers)on the academic influence of patent families,this research used the academic influence calculation formula of patent family and Pearson correlation calculation formula to calculate the external and internal factors influence on the OLED,RFID,and graphene priority countries as Korea,the United States,and China.The study found that there was a high degree of uncertainty between changes in the legal status of patent families,whether to cite scientific papers,and academic influence of patent families.Changes in their legal status and citations of scientific papers in some priority countries in the fields of OLED,RFID,and graphene would increase their academic influence,but this degree of influence was small.The impact of the number of patents in one family on the academic influence of patent family was more deterministic,but in the field of RFID technology,there was no significant correlation between them in the Korean patent family.
