摘要
5-氯水杨酸生产废水具有污染物浓度高、成分复杂、水质水量波动性大、特征污染物难以生物降解等特点,属于典型的精细化工废水。采用纳米级吸附树脂技术对该股废水进行强化预处理,研究结果表明:原水中的水杨酸、氯化苯、5-氯水杨酸等生物毒性较强的特征污染物大幅削减,吸附出水中上述有机物质量浓度均低于5.0 mg/L,为后续生化处理创造良好条件,废水强化预处理的同时可以对其中有机物进行回收利用。该项技术在南通某精细化工厂得到了工程化应用,彻底解决该企业废水处理的难题,实现了环境效益与经济效益的有效统一。
5-Chlorosalicylic acid production wastewater has the characteristics of high concentration of pollutants,complex composition,large fluctuations in water quality and water quality,and the difficulty of biodegradation of characteristic pollutants.It is a typical fine chemical wastewater.Nano-scale adsorption resin technology was used to strengthen the pretreatment of this wastewater.The research results show that salicylic acid,chlorinated benzene,5-chlorosalicylic acid,and other highly toxic characteristic pollutants in raw water have been greatly reduced.The above-mentioned organic matter concentrations in the effluent are all lower than 5.0 mg/L,creating good conditions for subsequent biochemical treatment.At the same time as the wastewater is intensively pretreated,the organic matter therein can be recycled.This technology has been applied in a fine chemical plant in Nantong,which completely solves the problem of wastewater treatment of the enterprise and realizes the effective unification of environmental and economic benefits.
