TQM理论是企业界质量管理的科学理论代表,应用范围扩展到社会其他领域并具有指导意义。研究生培养质量管理过程与企业生产质量管理过程存在高度的耦合性,运用TQM理论对研究生培养质量进行管理具有可行性和必要性。通过透视研究生培养入口关、过程关和出口关存在的问题及原因,在TQM理论视角下探索招生选拔、课堂教学和毕业论文审查方面的质量管理措施。

TQM theory is a scientific theory representative of quality management in the business world,and its application has been extended to other fields of society and has guiding significance.There is a high degree of coupling between the quality management process of graduate student training and the production quality management process of enterprises,so it is feasible and necessary to use TQM theory to manage the quality of graduate student training.Through the perspective of the problems and causes in the entrance,process and exit of graduate education,this paper explores the quality management measures in recruitment selection,classroom teaching and graduation thesis review from the perspective of TQM theory.
