摘要
高校主管部门为了促使学生有效选择职业和迅速融入今后工作,支持体验式教育用于培养具有较高职业成熟度的高校毕业生。探索体验式教育中的实习实践的各种强度对各类学生职业成熟度的综合定量影响,即调查分析不同学科、性别、实习次数、次均实习天数背景下的学生的职业成熟度,并结合调查结果提出高校学生职业成熟度提升策略,为体验式教育工作的开展提供一定的借鉴。
In order to encourage students to choose their careers effectively and make themselves ready for future work,the competent departments in colleges and universities will adopt experiential education to train graduates with higher vocational maturity.Although scholars have put forward many forms of experiential education,such as internship and practice,innovation and entrepreneurship,there are few studies analyzing the comprehensive effects of different intensities of education on the vocational maturity of different students,and there are even fewer feedbacks that can be used to guide the effective implementation of experiential education.This study first explores the comprehensive quantitative effects of various intensities of internship and practice in experiential education on the vocational maturity of various students,that is,to investigate and analyze the professional maturity of students under the background of different majors,genders characteristics,internship times and the average days of internship.Secondly,the study puts forward the strategy of improving the vocational maturity of college students,which could provide some reference for the implementation of experiential education.
