摘要
校本培训只有通过激发教师的专业自觉内驱力,分层分类开展人本化的研训,激发教师专业上的自觉反思,才能走出培训被动化、形式化和低效性的误区,提升教师自觉主动参与培训的需求,从而实现教师自身专业素养的可持续发展,进而促进学校的可持续发展。
School-based training only by stimulating the teachers’professional consciousness drive,carrying out humanistic inquest into hierarchical classification,stimulating conscious reflection on the teacher’s professional,can avoid pitfalls of passiveness,formalization and inefficiency,and improve teachers’initiative to consciously participate in the training,so as to realize the sustainable development of teachers’professional quality,and promote the sustainable development of the school.
