破解职业倦怠重塑教师文化

摘要 相关数据表明教师队伍中存在着较为严重的职业倦怠现象,对于教师本人乃至教育事业都造成了较大的影响。以积极心理学破解教师职业倦怠,在实践中从三个层面入手重塑教师文化:引导教师“参政议政”;鼓励教师“追名逐利”;倡导教师“享受闲暇”,唤醒教师潜在的力量,建立起民主、合作,自主发展、和而不同的教师文化,使学校真正成为师生共同成长的乐园。 The relevant data show that there is a serious job burnout among teachers,which has a great impact on teachers themselves and even the educational career.To solve teachers’job burnout by using positive psychology in practice,we reconstruct teacher culture from three aspects:guiding teachers to participate in politics and discuss politics;encouraging teachers to“chase fame and fortune”;advocating teachers to“enjoy leisure”in order to arouse the potential power of teachers,establish democracy,cooperation,independent development,and harmony in diversity teacher culture,so that the school really becomes a paradise for teachers and students to grow together.
