“中国文化走出去”战略下大学英语教学模式探究

On College English Teaching Mode Under the Strategy of“Chinese Culture Going Global”

通过对所在院校的学生进行中国传统文化素养问卷调查,研究发现:当代大学生基本认同中国传统文化的价值,但对中国传统文化的概念相对模糊,更不用说用英语来讲述中国文化。大多数学生认为学校的课堂教学和各种文化活动能更好地让其了解中国文化并用英语传播中国文化。在“中国文化走出去”战略下,从课内课外线上线下几个维度探讨如何在大学英语教学中融入中国传统文化,并得出实用的大学英语教学模式。

A questionnaire survey on Chinese traditional culture literacy was conducted among the college students.The study has found that college students basically agree with the value of Chinese traditional culture and think that it should be publicized.However,most of them have vague concepts about Chinese traditional culture,let alone narrate Chinese culture in English.It has been agreed that the classroom teaching and various cultural activities in the school can make them better understand Chinese culture and narrate Chinese culture in English.Under the strategy of“Chinese culture going global”,we focus on how to integrate Chinese traditional culture into college English teaching from several dimensions of being in-class and out-of-class,being online and offline,and therefore we develop a practical college English teaching mode.
