集团幼儿园有效管理的探索

An Exploration of Effective Group Kindergarten Management

“优质均衡一园一品”是宁波市鄞州区江东实验幼儿园在十几年集团化办园探索中逐渐提炼的有效管理模式。优质均衡即践行现代化教育管理理念,借助于集团化办园优化教育资源,促进集团内各园区发展优质均衡;一园一品即各园区基于园本,以差异发展、特色发展来提升办园质量。针对集团办园现状提出了强化顶层设计、建立教师良性发展模式和构建个性化园本特色课程等对策与措施,探讨了集团化幼儿园优质发展的办园之路。

“Quality balance,one garden and one product”is an effective management mode gradually refined by Jiangdong Experimental Kindergarten in Yinzhou District of Ningbo during the exploration of its collectivization in the past ten years.High-quality and balance refers to the practice of modern educational management philosophy,with the help of the collectivized kindergartens to optimize educational resources,to promote the development of high-quality and balanced kindergartens within the group;One kindergarten and one brand means that each school is based on itself,and the quality of school is improved by different development and characteristic development.In view of the current situation of group kindergartens,the countermeasures and measures such as strengthening the top-level design,establishing the benign development mode of teachers and constructing the personalized kindergarten-based characteristic curriculum were put forward,and the way to run kindergartens with high quality development was discussed.
