摘要
中职西烹专业学生普遍存在英语知识储备匮乏,西餐文化意识淡薄,行业服务技能生疏等问题。为提高学生英语综合学习能力,提出了新的教学模式,并探讨该模式的具体实施方法。
Students majoring in Western cooking in secondary vocational schools generally have problems such as lack of English knowledge,weak sense of Western food culture,and unfamiliar service skills.In order to improve students’comprehensive English learning ability,this paper puts forward a new teaching mode and discusses its implementation.
