经鼻内镜视神经减压术的巡回配合

Circuit cooperation of endoscopic trans-ethmosphenoid optic canal decompression

目的:探讨经鼻内镜视神经减压术的巡回配合体会。方法:回顾性分析2019年6月至2019年9月中山大学中山眼科中心23例经鼻内镜视神经减压患者的术前、术中、术后巡回配合及观察护理效果。结果:23例患者经手术治疗,1个月后随访治疗有效率为73.9%,患者均未发生严重并发症。结论:在经鼻内镜视神经减压术前做好充分的术前准备,予精准的巡回配合、严格执行护理规范,加强体位管理,预防并发症,有助于提高手术完成率。

Objective:To summarize the experience of circuit cooperation in endoscopic trans-ethmosphenoid optic canal decompression(ETOCD).Methods:In this study,23 patients with traumatic optic neuropathy(TON)undergoing ETOCD from June to September 2019 were recruited.Pre-operative visual acuity(VA)and postoperative VA were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of ETOCD surgery and nursing skills.Results:The effective rate was 73.9%in 23 patients at 1 month after ETOCD surgery,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:The key to ensure the successful operation is adequate preoperative preparation,accurate circuit cooperation,strict performance according to nursing standards,proper body position of patients and prevention of complications.
