新型冠状病毒肺炎专用CT上机技师的防护

Protection of CT technicians specializing in coronavirus disease 2019

目的探讨放射科CT上机技师对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疑似患者进行胸部检查时的防护方法。方法从2020年1月29日起南京医科大学第一附属医院放射科采取专楼专用、专机专做,严格按照感控要求对楼层区域合理布局,划分区域;对放射科工作人员进行在线感控与防护知识技能培训;对机房、机器,操作间等污染与半污染区域进行严格的消毒工作;制定检查操作计划,使用自助机预约报道简化流程等一系列措施对90例疑似患者进行胸部CT检查。结果放射科专用CT上机技师在有效的防护隔离下对发热门诊疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者进行胸部CT检查,无发生技师的感染。结论严格执行防护预防措施,合理隔离布局区域,能有效避免CT上机技师对新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似患者进行胸部CT检查时受到感染,同时快速为临床诊断提供影像辅助参考。

Objective To explore the protective methods of CT technicians when they performed chest examination on suspected patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods From January 29,2020,the Department of Radiology at the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University adopted the strategy of dedicated buildings and machines for dedicated purpose,strictly arranging and dividing the workspace in accordance with the requirements of sensing control;provided online skills training on the knowledge of sensing control and protection to the staff of the radiology department;strictly performed disinfection of contaminated and semi-contaminated areas such as machine rooms,machines,and operation rooms.An operation plan for the examination was formulated and a series of measures were adopted including self-service machine to make an appointment and simplified procedures.Finally,90 suspected patients underwent chest CT examination.Results Under the effective protection and division,the CT technicians performed chest CT examination on the suspected patients with COVID-19 from fever clinic,and no infection of the technician occurred.Conclusion Strict implementation of protective precautions and rational division of the workspace can effectively prevent CT technicians from being infected during chest CT examination of suspected patients with COVID-19,and at the same time quickly provide image-assisted reference for clinical diagnosis.
