摘要
劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育的重要内容。新中国成立70年来,学校劳动价值观教育从建国初期以政治性维度为主到改革开放新时期突出经济性功能,再到习近平新时代在承继基础上向人文维度的全面丰富、多维扩展。不同时期我国社会主要矛盾的发展变化及在此基础上对教育目标的不同定位,则是劳动价值观发生变化、逐渐迁化的基础与原因。习近平新时代关于劳动价值观思想的系列论述,进一步彰显"尊重劳动"与"尊重劳动者"相统一的人文关怀;进一步实现"个人成长"与"责任担当"相促进的家国情怀;进一步落实"辛勤劳动、诚实劳动与创造性劳动"相一致的实践关照,实现着由劳动向劳动者、由个人向社会、由理论向实践相统一的跃迁与升华。
Labor education is an important part of socialist education with Chinese characteristics.Since the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the school’s labor values education has experienced three periods:being based on the political dimension in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China;being based on the economic function in the period of reform and opening up;the comprehensive and rich multi-dimensional expansion of humanistic concern in Xi Jinping’s new era.The development and changes of the main social contradictions in different periods and the different orientation of the educational objectives on this basis are the basis and reason for the evolution and gradual changes of the labor values.Xi Jinping’s new series of thoughts on the concept of labor value in the new era further demonstrates the humanistic concern of“respecting labor”and“respecting labourers”;further realizes the integration of emotions to family and country with“individual growth”and“responsibility for the society”;and further implements the practical care of“hard working,honest labor and creative labor”.It realizes the transition and sublimation from labor to laborer,from individual to society,and from theory to practice.
