摘要
通过单因素方差分析,考察了不同创业竞赛经历学生的创业行为及其影响因素的差异特征,结果表明:不同创业竞赛经历的三类大学生创业动机最强,而创业意向与创业行为程度整体偏弱;创业动机强度和创业要素认知水平与参加创业竞赛次数成反比;创业意识、创业意向和创业行为水平与参加创业竞赛次数成正比;参加过创业竞赛的大学生其创业意识、创业自我效能感、创业能力、创业激情、创业意向与创业行为水平显著高于未参加过的.对此,应提高创业教育课程地位,重视创业素养培育;延伸“大创项目”层次,厚植校园创业氛围;整合校企合作资源,纾解创业融资难题;重视指导团队建设,提升赛事服务质量。
By employing one way ANOVA,this study investigates the entrepreneurial behaviors of students with different entrepreneurship competition experience and the varied determinants of such behaviors.The results show that although three types of college students with different entrepreneurial competition experiences have the strongest entrepreneurial motivation,their intention and behavior are weaker;the intensity of entrepreneurial motivation and the cognitive level of entrepreneurial factors are inversely proportional to the number of entrepreneurial competitions;the entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial efficacy,entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial passion,entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behaviors of undergraduates who have participated in entrepreneurship competitions are significantly higher than that of undergraduates without any entrepreneurship competition experience.Therefore,we should attach more importance to the cultivation of student entrepreneurship accomplishment so as to improve the status of entrepreneurship education,to cultivate a strong entrepreneurial atmosphere on campus via extending the dimensions of student entrepreneurship,integrate the resources of university-enterprise cooperation to ease the financing problems of entrepreneurship,and pay attention to guiding the construction of teams,improving the quality of competition services.
