摘要
依托edX平台所提供的海量数据,基于MOOC学习者的选课行为,获得由85门(类)课程所形成的连通网络,从中发现:CS(计算机科学)课程为整个连通网络的中心;网络局部也存在核心节点,具有课程组、基础性、跨学科等特性;CS和STEM(科学、技术、工程及数学)、GHSS(政府、健康及社会科学)以及HHRDE(人文、历史、宗教、设计和教育)四类课程形成了一个交叉流动的连通网络,打破了固有的学科边界。但这一网络特性呈现出明显的性别失衡、资源分布不均等问题,为慕课建设与发展提供了启示:应强化跨学科观念,建设课程组,明确人文社会科学的作用,加强中国在国际慕课平台的话语权。
Relying on the massive data provided by the edX platform,the network of 85(class)courses was obtained based on the elective behavior of MOOC learners,and it was found out that CS(Computer Science)course is the center of the entire connected network;there are core nodes with curriculum group,basic,interdisciplinary characteristics;the four types of courses including CS and STEM(Science,Technology,Engineering and Math),GHSS(Government,Health and Social Sciences)and HHRDE(Humanities,History,Religion,Design and Education)form a cross-flowing connected network,which breaks the inherent disciplinary boundaries.However,this network characteristic presents obvious problems of gender imbalance and uneven resource distribution,which provides inspiration for the construction and development of MOOCs in China:China should strengthen interdisciplinary concepts,build curriculum groups,clarify the role of humanities and social sciences,and strengthen the right to speak on the international platform.
