物联网客户服务与业务保障系统部署研究

摘要 物联网作为一个近期发展较为迅速的行业,运营商专用网络建设刚刚完成,国际标准定型时间短,在实际运营过程中,从网络的建设到终端集成使用,再到企业业务集成应用,都存在一定的问题,如终端设备量大、类型多、标准化差、部署环境复杂、通信能力弱;物联网终端可维护性差,需要较高的业务持续能力;物联网网络设备新,经验少,优化不足,等等。 As an industry with rapid development in recent years,Internet of Things(IOT)has just completed the construction of operator's private network,and the international standard setting time is short.In the actual operation process,there are certain problems from the construction of network to the integrated use of terminals,and then to the integrated application of enterprise business,such as large number of terminal equipment,multiple types,poor standardization,complex deployment environment,and weak communication ability.The Internet of Things terminal has poor maintainability and needs high business sustainability;the Internet of Things network equipment is new,with little experience and insufficient optimization,etc.
