A Review of Ancient Documents in the City of Zibo

淄博是齐文化的发祥地,先秦时期,产生了以《诗经·齐风》《考工记》《管子》《晏子春秋》《孙子兵法》以及稷下诸子著作为代表的诸多经典文献。战国秦汉间,《易》《书》《诗》《春秋》今文经学的传承,均与齐人有密切关系。魏晋以后,史书方志、科技著作、佛学著作、笔记杂著、戏曲小说、诗集文集、学术论著等诸多文献各呈风采,蔚为大观。明清时期,出现了诸多文化世家和文人群体,留下众多的文人别集,成为淄博文化发展史上耀眼的风景。这一时期,各县编纂了大量方志,是地方文化的百科全书。淄博地区古代文献的产生,先秦两汉是一个高峰,明清时期是又一个高峰。这些文献承载着淄博历史文化的辉煌,反映了淄博古代文化的U形发展轨迹。

Zibo is the birthplace of Qi culture.In the pre-Qin period,many classic documents were produced,represented by Qi Feng in the Book of Songs,The Artificers’Record(Kaogong ji),Guan Zi,the Spring and Autumn Annals of Master Yan,the Art of War,and the works of Jixia scholars.From the Warring States period to the Qin and Han Dynasties,the inheritance of Confucianism through the modern studies of Confucian classics,such as the Book of Change,Book of Documents,Book of Songs,and Spring and Autumn Annals,were all closely related to the people in Qi.After the Wei and Jin Dynasties,various books such as history books,scientific and technological works,Buddhist works,miscellaneous notes,opera novels,poetry collections,etc.,all shaped their own styles and were impressive and magnificent.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,many cultural families and literati groups appeared,leaving a large number of literati collections,which became a dazzling scenery in the history of Zibo cultural development.The local chronicles compiled by the counties during this period are an encyclopedia of local culture.There are two peaks in the history of Zibo’s ancient documents,one is the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties,and the other is the Ming and Qing Dynasties.These documents carry the glory of Zibo’s historical culture and reflect the U-shaped development track of Zibo’s ancient culture.
