Discussion on Standardization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Disease Terms with Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy as an Example

特发性膜性肾病是一组以大量蛋白尿、低白蛋白血症、高度水肿、高脂血症为临床表现的肾病综合征。以特发性膜性肾病为例,探讨中医病名标准化的原因,指出目前中医病名命名存在的问题,提出病名标准化应该遵循坚持病名内容科学、坚持病名通俗易懂、坚持继承与创新的原则,探讨特发性膜性肾病中医病名命名方法,阐述了特发性膜性肾病中医病名标准化注意事项。

Idiopathic membranous nephropathy is characterized by a group of clinical manifestation like severe proteinuria,hypoalbuminemia,severe edema and hyperlipidemia.With idiopathic membranous nephropathy as an example,the reasons for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)disease terms were discussed,and it is pointed out that there exist limitations of TCM disease terms and TCM disease terms should be of scientific contents,easy understanding,heritage and innovation.The nomenclature of TCM disease of idiopathic membranous nephropathy was discussed and the crux for the standardization of TCM disease terms was also explored.
