摘要
目的:优选甘草饮片的炮制工艺。方法:以饮片外观性状、含水量、总灰分及甘草苷、甘草酸含量为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法考察软化温度、闷润时间、润透时吸水量、干燥温度、干燥时间对甘草炮制质量的影响,优选适合生产实际的炮制工艺参数。结果:甘草最佳炮制工艺:取原药材,除去杂质,大小分档,洗净,软化温度5~25℃,小档闷润时间18~24 h,大档闷润时间48~72 h,至内外湿度一致,润透时吸水量为28%~38%,切厚片,60~70℃条件下干燥4~5 h。结论:优选的甘草软化和干燥工艺合理可行,适合大生产,为甘草饮片的规范化生产提供了技术支持。
Objective:ObjectiveTo optimize the processing technology of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae slices.Methods:The appearance and characteristics of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae slices,moisture content,total ash and the contents of liquirtin and glycyrrhizic acid were used as the evaluation indexes,the effects of different processing parameters,such as steaming temperature,moistening time,water absorption during moistening,drying temperature and drying time,on the quality of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae slices were investigated by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method,so as to optimize processing parameters suitable for production practice.Results:The best processing technology of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae was as follows:Remove impurities from crude drugs,separate into different categories according to the size,wash,soften at temperature of 5~25℃,at small scale moisten for 18~24 h,at large scale moisten for 48~72 h,when the internal and external humidity reaching the same,with water absorption at 28~38%,cut into thick slices,and dry for 4~5 h at 60~70℃.Conclusion:These optimized softening and drying process for Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae are reasonable and feasible,which could provide a technical support for the standard production of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae slices.
