短线法节段梁预制拼装过程控制技术研究 被引量:20

摘要 针对桥梁短线法节段梁预制及拼装复杂施工过程的高精度控制问题,研究节段梁的施工理论线形、坐标转换及匹配节段定位、预制误差修正等关键技术,提出节段拼装线形偏差预测直接法、斜率法及其可视化方法,以及提高首块节段安装精度和多种指导施工的纠偏措施。以某跨海大桥引桥为实际工程背景,对其节段梁预制及拼装全过程进行精细的计算模拟,分析计算节段梁预制和拼装线形的主要影响因素。基于MATLAB自主研发的短线节段预制拼装(SL-P&A)控制系统对其施工全过程进行控制。通过与实测数据进行对比分析,结果表明,本文提出的短线法节段梁预制拼装过程控制技术很好地实现了对节段梁预制线形与拼装线形的控制,实现了施工过程中预制阶段与拼装阶段的衔接以及施工数据与监控数据的互通,大大加强了数据管理的便利性以及线形控制的实时可视化。 Aiming to the high precision control problem existing in complicated construction process of precast and assembly of segment beam with Short-line method of bridge,the key technologies of theoretical alignment under construction,coordinate transformation and matching segment positioning,and prefabrication error correction were studied.And a direct method,a slope method and a visualization method to predict the deviation of assembling line,and a way of improving installation accuracy for initial segment as well as several rectifying measures to guide erection were investigated.Taking the approaching bridge of a cross-sea bridge as the actual engineering background,its whole process of construction was simulated in detail,the main influencing factors for calculating girder alignment were analyzed,and the bridge was controlled by the Control System of Short-Line Segment Prefabrication and Assembly(SL-P&A)that based on MATLAB.Further comparative analysis with those measured data,the results show that precasting geometry and assembly line of segment beam are well controlled,the connection between prefabrication stage and assembly stage functions well,and the interworking between construction data and monitoring data is achieved,of course,the convenience of data management and the real-time visualization of geometric control are greatly enhanced by the technology proposed in this paper.
