螺栓临时铰在单向力作用下受力模式分析 被引量:1

摘要 螺栓临时铰是大跨度悬索桥加劲梁施工中的一种临时连接构件,避免了传统大铰提前制作、安装并参与梁段预拼的麻烦。目前,螺栓临时铰连接件的相关分析匮乏,为了分析其传力和变形模式,利用ABAQUS建立考虑接触非线性、材料非线性的临时铰实体模型,根据单向力作用下的平衡与变形协调条件,建立最不利螺栓剪力计算公式,并通过实桥工程验证其可靠性。研究结果表明:轴力和剪力作用下本文公式和有限元计算结果的相对误差在5.0%以内,弯矩作用下的误差在10%以内,而规范计算方法的相对误差均在25.0%以上。该计算方法的建立,有利于了解螺栓临时铰的传力规律并可在钢桁梁悬索桥实践中推广应用。 The temporary joint of bolts is a kind of temporary connecting member in the construction of stiffening beam of long-span suspension bridge,which avoids the need of manufacture,installation and participate in the pre-spinning of the beam section in advance.The related research of this connecting member is still scarce at present.A solid model of the temporary hinge is established by ABAQUS to analyze its force transfer and deformation mode,and the contact nonlinearity and material nonlinearity are taken into account.According to the balance and deformation coordination conditions of the temporary joint of the bolt under the action of the unidirectional force,the calculation formula of the most unfavorable bolt shear force is established,and real bridge engineering practice verified its reliability.The calculation results show that the relative errors of the formula and the finite element calculation results are within 5.0%under the action of axial force and shear force,and within 10%under the action of bending moment,while the relative errors of the standard calculation methods are all above 25.0%.The establishment of the calculation method in this paper is helpful to understand the force transfer law of the bolt temporary hinge and can be popularized in the practice of the steel truss suspension bridge.
