企业绿色建筑技术集成创新作用机理实证研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了探索企业绿色建筑技术集成创新绩效的关键影响因素和关键因素之间的相互作用及其对集成创新绩效的作用机理,以此为建筑企业进行绿色建筑技术集成创新提供良好的理论基础与支撑。通过问卷调查方法、探索性因子分析方法得出影响企业绿色建筑技术集成绩效的8个关键影响因素,并运用结构方程模型分析了8个关键影响因素对技术集成绩效的作用机理。研究结果表明:市场驱动、利益驱动通过技术推动对绩效形成正向影响,资源条件、创新型组织通过管理水平对绩效形成正向影响,政策法规通过市场环境对绩效形成正向影响。 This paper explored the key influencing factors of integrated innovation performance of green building technology,the interactions among key factors,and the mechanism of integrated innovation performance.The goal was to provide a good theoretical basis and support to help the construction enterprises accomplish integrated innovation in green building technology.Based on the questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis,the eight key factors influencing the integration innovation performance in green building technology were obtained,and the structural equation model was used to analyze the mechanism how such key factors influence technological integrated innovation performance.The conclusions show that the driving forces from the market and profits have a positive impact on integrated innovation performance through technological advancement.Resource conditions and innovative organizations have a positive impact on integrated innovation performance through management competency,and policies and regulations have a positive impact on integrated innovation performance through the market environment.
