媒体融合下民生新闻节目主持人发展趋向

On News of People s Livelihood Program Hosts Development with Media Convergence

文章回顾了媒体融合在我国的发展历程,认为在媒体融合背景下,新闻传播呈现出传播速度即时化、传播渠道多元化、传播话语权去中心化、传播内容碎片化等新特征。通过分析这些新特征给民生新闻节目主持人带来的挑战,从提高主持人的综合业务能力、提升主持人的系统学习能力、提升主持人的个性品牌塑造能力、培养主持人的资源整合能力四个方面,提出媒体融合下民生新闻节目主持人的发展路径。

This paper reviews the development history of media convergence in China,and argues that under the background of the media convergence,news transmission appears some new features like the instant speed,the diversity of transmission channels,the voice decentralization,the content fragments,etc..With the analysis of the challenges brought by these new features to the news of people s livelihood program hosts,some suggestions are put forward for them from the following four aspects:increasing their general service abilities,enhancing their systematic learning aptitudes,promoting their personalized brand building abilities and cultivating their resource integration capabilities.
