师范与非师范类特岗教师专业发展水平比较分析 被引量:7

A Comparative Analysis of the Professional Development Level of Normal and Non-normal Special Post Teachers in China

摘要 特岗教师专业发展影响着农村学校教育教学水平。运用自编的特岗教师专业发展水平测量问卷,对宁夏回族自治区近三年入职的特岗教师样本调查发现,特岗教师专业发展水平处于中等偏上,师范类特岗教师在专业精神、专业知识和专业能力三个维度的水平均高于非师范类特岗教师,且师范与非师范类特岗教师在专业知识和专业能力维度存在显著性差异,主要原因在于职前教育。提升特岗教师专业发展水平的有效策略有:构建非师范类特岗教师入职教育的内容,进一步彰显非师范类特岗教师专业发展的能动性,提升非师范类特岗教师的教学领导力。 The professional development of special post teachers affects the education and teaching level of rural schools.By using the self-designed questionnaire for measuring the professional development level of special post teachers,a sample survey of the special post teachers in Ningxia province recruited in recent three years shows that:the professional development of special post teachers is at the upper middle level;the level of professional spirit,professional knowledge and professional ability of normal special post teachers is higher than that of non-normal special post teachers;moreover,there are significant differences in the dimensions of professional knowledge and professional ability between normal and non-normal special post teachers.The main reason for the significant difference in the professional level between normal and non-normal special post teachers lies in the pre-vocational education.Effective strategies to improve the professional development of special post teachers are:constructing the content of induction education for non-normal special post teachers,further highlighting the initiative of the professional development of non-normal special post teachers and improving the teaching leadership of non-normal special post teachers.
