摘要
当前,提升领导干部执政能力是推进社会管理创新的必然要求。以关系为切入点,分析社会网络对领导力的影响因素,认为关系网络的强弱程度制约着领导力的发挥,同时,社会资源的异质性影响领导力效能。因此,提出了领导干部利用社会网络来提升执政能力的路径:通过执政党内部领导力提高领导干部政治素养;利用平台领导力提高领导干部的感召力;利用文化领导力构建领导干部外部社会网络关系。
With the deepening of economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition on aglobal scale,China is also expanding its development fields and has closer ties with other countries and regions around the world,which has placed higher demands not only on the leadership ability of corporate management teams,but also on the leadership and development level of China’s ruling party.Leadership research has therefore become one of the hot spots of academic research in China.Starting with relationship,this paper explores how leaders and cadres improve their own leadership in the three main forms of social leadership of the ruling party:leadership within the party,leadership that provides a platform,and leadership that builds culture.
