网络违法不良信息与青少年越轨行为探析

资本逐利性、网络主体虚拟性、网络立法不完善以及网络规范建构失范等原因导致网络违法不良信息滋生,不良网络游戏和网络暴力的参与、网络虚假和色情信息等网络违法不良信息直接或间接地诱发了青少年越轨行为。提高网络青少年思想道德教育重视力度、发挥学校教育主导作用、加强网络违法不良信息管控、提升网络空间综合治理,是防范网络违法不良信息对青少年越轨行为产生不利影响的有效对策。

The profit-seeking nature of capital,the virtual nature of cyber subjects,inadequate cyber legislation and the anomie of cyber norms have led to the spread of inappropriate content on the internet,the participation in bad online games and cyber violence,as well as false information and pornography,which directly or indirectly induce youth transgressions.To prevent inappropriate content on the Internet and correct adolescent transgressions,it is necessary to take the countermeasures such as attaching more importance to the ideological and moral education of young people on the Internet,giving full play to the leading role of school education,strengthening the control of inappropriate content on the Internet and enhancing the comprehensive governance of cyberspace.
