摘要 总结γ-氨基丁酸在动、植物和微生物体内的作用,分析其产生机制,阐述谷氨酸脱羧酶的分子结构、酶促反应过程等酶学特性,对γ-氨基丁酸制备工艺技术和在生物工程领域的应用进行综述,分析其现有技术的优缺点,并对γ-氨基丁酸未来的研究前景进行展望。 The different roles ofγ-aminobutyric acid in animals,plants and microorganisms were summerized,the generation mechanism ofγ-aminobutyr ic acid was analyzed,and the enzymology properties of molecular structure and enzymatic reaction process of glutamic acid decarboxylase were described.The preparation technology ofγ-aminobutyric acid and its application in biological engineering field were reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages of existing technologies were analyzed,and the future research prospects were forecasted.
