新型中药材超细粉磨工艺及粒度分析 被引量:2

摘要 为加快中药被人体吸收的速度以提高药物有效成分的生物利用率,基于球磨理论,结合机械冲击粉碎和振动磨,提出了一种新型中药材超细粉磨加工方法;通过中药材物料超细粉磨实验,在不同加工条件下制备了单种、混合中药材超细粉末;采用激光粒度分析仪对研磨粉末颗粒进行粒度分析。结果表明:研磨的颗粒越细,其堆积密度越小,孔隙分布越好,反应和吸附能力越好,利用率越高。单种较易加工药材经粉磨15min左右后,约95%的颗粒粒径小于5μm;难加工混合药材在粉磨前经粗加工同时增加粉磨时间,可提高粉磨效率,约50%的颗粒粒径小于12.290μm。 In order to speed up the absorption of traditional Chinese medicine by human body and improve the bioavailability of its active ingredients,a new method of ultra fine grinding of traditional Chinese medicine was proposed based on the theory of ball milling and the technology of mechanical impact grinding and vibration mill.Through the ultra fine grinding experiment of traditional Chinese medicine,single and mixed ultra fine powder of traditional Chinese medicine was prepared under different processing conditions.The laser particle size analyzer was used to analyze the particle size of grinding powder.The results show that the finer the grinding particles are,the smaller the bulk density,the better the pore distribution,the better the reaction and adsorption capacity,and the higher the utilization.After grinding for about 15 min,about 95%of the particle size of a single easily processed medicinal materials is less than 5μm.The grinding efficiency can be improved by roughing and increasing grinding time at the same time before grinding difficult to process mixed medicinal materials.About 50%of the particle size is less than 12.290μm.
