角鲨烷油润滑条件下硅表面摩擦磨损研究

摘要 采用UMT-2微摩擦试验机研究了不同载荷与速度下硅-高碳铬轴承钢(Si-GCr15)摩擦副在环境友好润滑剂角鲨烷油润滑条件下的摩擦学性能,并通过扫描电子显微对摩擦副的磨痕进行扫描,探讨其磨损机制.结果表明:载荷与摩擦副的摩擦系数成反比,速度对摩擦系数的影响主要与温度相关.角鲨烷油润滑下,基底表面磨痕光滑平整,钢球表面形成一层转移膜,能够有效减少摩擦副的摩擦磨损. The tribological properties of the Si-GCr15 friction pair at different loads and speeds were investigated by UMT-2 tribometer under the oil-lubricated condition of squalane which is environmentally friendly. The wear trace of friction pair was also scanned by scanning electron microscopy and its wear mechanisms were analyzed. The results showed that the load was inversely proportional to the friction coefficient of the friction pair, and the effect of the velocity on the friction coefficient was mainly related to the temperature. Under the condition of oil lubrication, the wear trace of worn surface was smooth, and a transfer film was formed on the surface of the steel ball, which can effectively reduce the friction and wear of the friction pair.
